School Uniform

The Governors and Staff hope that parents will support the code of dress described below as we wish to maintain a 'community' identity for Ghyllside School.

Standard

Sweatshirt - jade (with school crest)
Polo shirt - white (plain or with school crest)
Trousers - black or grey
Skirt or dresses - black or grey
Socks - white or grey
Shoes - black

Summer

Shorts - black or grey
Dresses - green/white checked
Sandals - closed

PE

T-shirt - blue round necked t-shirt (with school crest)
Shorts - black
Hoodie - navy (optional)
Trainers for outdoor
Pumps for indoor

All items of uniform must be labelled, and the kit kept in a named PE bag in the school cloakroom. Your child will be expected to remove all jewellery before taking part in any physical activity. The school will provide team colours for fixtures arranged by the school.

School uniforms can be ordered online via Eduspot/School Money at www.eduspot.co.uk. We are currently in the process of changing our uniform supplier.

Once we sell out of the items we currently have in stock, uniform can then be ordered directly from our new supplier Coniston Corporate at www.cceuk.org. On their website please go to school uniforms, online shop and the Ghyllside School uniform shop is near the top of the list of schools. You can choose to have the uniform delivered free of charge to school, or pay to have it delivered to your home address.
